Should either signatory receive a declaration of war from any other power or powers, the other signatory will immediately declare war on the power or powers declaring war.
Article II
Should either signatory send a declaration of war to any other power or powers, the other signatory will immediately declare war upon the power or powers upon which war was declared.
Article III
Both signatories will allow the free movement of each other’s trade and military elements through their territory.
Article IV
Both signatories will consult on foreign policy before any decisions are made.
